Q: How long will it take for the product to arrive?
A: Each item is handcrafted and assembled with love just for you and your loved one. Due to this, please allow 2 - 5 business days for your order to ship. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within:
USA: 2-5 Business Days w/Standard (1-3 Business Days w/Expedited). Canada: 5-10 Business Days.
Q: I received the wrong product, what do I do?
A: If you received the wrong product, please send us a photo of the product to info@purplegiftbox.com with the order number and we will send you the correct product right away. No need to return the original product. Please include your phone number in case we need to verify your order information.
Q: I received a damaged or defective product, what do I do?
A: If you received a damaged or defective product, email us a photo of the damaged product to info@purplegiftbox.com with your order number and we will send you a replacement order right away. No need to return the original product. Please include your phone number in case we need to verify your order information.
Q: The Acrylic plaque does not fit into the base?
A: Before you request for a replacement or refund, please try the following: Place base on top of a table and with both hands hold acrylic plaque straight and push down firmly. If you acrylic plaque still doesn’t easily go into the base, you can use a file or a light sandpaper to very gently file the corners of the bottom of acrylic and try again pushing the acrylic down to the base. If after this process the plaque still doesn’t fit into the base, please email us the order number and we will send you a replacement right away.
Q: How do I operate the lights on the Acrylic Plaque.
A: Click middle button to turn on and click through the colors. It may default to red or green or other color when you first turn on, but click through to illuminate the color you want.
